The concept of "Ozenoz" came to me after an EF4  tornado landed on my car in Tennessee in November 2002. It pushed my car from 5 mph to 55 mph in neutral,  then let me go. I thought "I'm in Oz!" followed by, "I'm not Dorothy, I am Oz!". Then I realized my name could be like the synced Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" to "The Wizard of Oz", using the song "Us and Them" except "Ozenoz and Eminem" with an echo.

I wrote the autobiographical section of my book "IT" in 2005, then my Ozenoz lyrics for the album "IT" in 2009 (which were published prose at Ozenoz.com for awhile), later in 2011 filling in the spaces with "manic satire".

The logo was designed in 2008 and contains all of the letters O - Z - E -N - O again and Z again in its shape.

Ozenoz (dot) Media started in 2013 as the site at Ozenoz.com, which was built for desktop viewing, and received over 140K views in 9 months. It was primarily the ongoing production of my novels, screenplays, comedy bits, and short stories, though there were some random reviews of artists I know and love.

It was at this time Sean Daley made contact with my works, and became very familiar. I was living at Alpha Project's San Diego Winter Shelter Tent, housing hundreds of homeless people.

Things got "hairy" with my living circumstance, and I took a hiatus from O.M. from 2014 - 2017, when I started up again with all of this material, as well as the lyrics to "Ozenoz : One" I had written during my time away. This is when Ozenoz became "Media".

During 2017/2018 all that really came from me was the music and videos on my YouTube Channel.

In 2019 I finally found my artistic chops and created this site as it exists now, besides the touch up graphic designs and sidebar links.

The journey of ozenoz "dot" media really stopped in 2019 when i experienced homelessness in Venice, CA for a few months.

C'est la vie!
